Trianon Builders Inc. (Lic. #1049589) is a family-owned general contractor specializing in new residential construction across Greater Los Angeles, Orange County and the Inland Empire. Started from scratch by two LA locals raising their three kids, we bring years of experience, industry knowledge, and sharp financial management to every jobsite. We don’t just build houses—we build quality spaces to be enjoyed for generations.

Manuel Oquendo | Founder & General Contractor
With 20 years in the construction industry, Manuel built his career leading framing and drywall operations for major commercial and residential projects before founding Trianon Builders. His expertise spans iconic landmarks, including The W Hotel – Hollywood, The Pantry Hotel – West Hollywood, IKEA – Burbank, Tomorrowland – Disneyland, Regent Square Apartments – 145-unit affordable housing development in Inglewood. Manuel actively holds certifications in OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, Scaffold Frame Safety, and Forklift Operation. At Trianon Builders, safety is integral to project execution. We maintain strict compliance with Cal/OSHA standards, proactively mitigating hazards prior to and during construction. This standard extends to every subcontractor on our job sites, ensuring quality control, compliance, and risk management at every stage.
Lauren Alpert | Co-Founder
With a professional background and University of California degree in finance and economics, Lauren oversees financial strategy, project administration, and day-to-day operations at Trianon Builders. She brings a detail-oriented approach to budgeting, project coordination, client communication, and resource management, helping keep projects organized and moving efficiently from planning to completion. Lauren also supports the continued growth of Trianon Builders by developing industry relationships, strengthening internal operations, and staying connected with various organizations, industry partners, and community sponsors.
