Trianon Builders, a licensed California corporation, provides exceptional and  cost-effective general contracting and construction management services for multi-family, residential, ADU’s, and commercial property. Typically, Trianon is involved in the pre-construction process and can provide input on building systems and “best value” engineering options to meet its clients’ budget. When the construction contract is finalized, Trianon handles all aspects of the project from start to finish. We only work with fully experienced and licensed sub-contractors that know the importance of our team approach and the need for collaboration throughout all phases of the project. Our experienced on-site management team monitors the daily construction activity and holds weekly meetings with all the subcontractors to review the production schedule and make sure it’s on track. Its dedicated project managers and officers provide hands-on management, budget oversight, scheduling, and quality control throughout construction.
